此外，為鼓勵本校教師參與全英語授課課程教學並增進課程品質，若申請社群主題為EMI/雙語教學，且順利通過審查者，於計畫執行期間者可依單次活動性質及內容，以本校雙語學習計畫經費酌予補助演講費與專家諮詢費。

Call for Applications: 2026 Teacher Teaching Development Community Subsidy Program
Teaching alone is tough. Join our teacher community and connect with instructors from different disciplines. Let’s work together to create a supportive environment where we can learn from each other and grow both personally and professionally.
To encourage our faculty members to engage in English as a Medium of Instruction (EMI) teaching and enhance course quality, the University will provide discretionary subsidies for speaker honoraria and expert consultation fees from the University’s Bilingual Education Project budget to communities whose proposals focus on EMI/Bilingual Teaching and are successfully approved. This subsidy will be granted on a case-by-case basis during the project execution period, depending on the nature and content of each activity.

跨校EMI公開觀議課 邱健嘉助理教授展現財金專業與英語教學實踐力
114 年10月29日，國立政治大學英語教學資源中心與國立臺灣師範大學攜手合作，舉辦跨校英語授課（EMI）公開觀議課活動。本次課程由政治大學財務管理學系邱健嘉助理教授主講，課程主題為 Financial Management。邱老師於今夏代表政大參與臺師大主辦的2025年美國德州大學奧斯汀分校（UT Austin）英語師資移地培訓，本次公開觀課亦展現其研習成果與教學設計實踐。活動當日，雙語多元文化推動辦公室副執行長、教學發展中心主任兼副教務長暨英語教學資源中心主任 許志堅教授 蒞臨致詞，並肯定跨校合作在推動EMI教學實務中的重要意義。同時邀請政大英國語文學系 黃怡萍教授參與議課對談，及政治大學公共行政學系 謝文琪助理教授擔任觀課教師，共同參與課後教學交流與專業討論。
在正式授課前，邱健嘉助理教授先於「說課」環節向觀課教師與與會者說明課程背景、學習目標及設計理念。邱老師指出，本課為大學部入門課程，旨在培養學生對企業財務管理的基本理解與實務應用能力。課程聚焦公司財務的核心概念，包括財務分析、資金規劃、投資決策、風險與報酬、資本預算及市場運作等。邱老師說明，當日課程的三項主要學習目標為：理解自由現金流量（Free Cash Flow, FCF）的計算方式；應用折現現金流量（Discounted Cash Flow, DCF）模型進行企業估值；並透過分組合作，將理論知識應用於真實公司財報分析，以培養學生的財務判斷力與英語溝通能力。
在課程進行中，邱老師採用任務導向與協作學習設計，結合企業真實資料引導學生連結理論與實務。課程開場以台積電與特斯拉股權研究報告作為引導，啟發學生思考：「分析師如何判斷一家公司是否被高估或低估？」學生隨後以小組討論方式回應，邱老師再將討論延伸至企業估值的理論與應用。接著，邱老師清楚說明當日任務與學習流程，指導學生分組選擇一間上市公司，搜尋其財報資料，並依 FCF 公式計算自由現金流量。邱老師以台積電為範例，逐步示範變數來源與計算方法，並帶領學生於 Google Sheet 模板上實作操作。
邱老師全程以英語講授與提問，並提供關鍵字彙與句型支援，協助學生在討論與報告中更流暢表達。學生完成資料蒐集後，各組運用指定折現率進行估值，計算公司合理價值並與實際市值比較。邱老師巡迴各組觀察討論、確認計算步驟，並即時提供指導與語言回饋。課程最後，每組以兩分鐘簡報呈現成果，說明公司背景、主要財務數據、估值方法與結論。邱老師根據學生報告內容與回答進行測驗，檢核學生對 FCF 與 DCF 概念的理解與應用能力；學生同時需繳交簡式估值報告，作為本次任務的學習成果。
在隨後的議課環節中，觀課教師與專家教授進行深度討論。與談者一致肯定邱老師以表格化方式呈現學生成果的教學設計，認為此策略有助掌握學習進度並促進全班互動。多位教師也讚賞課堂節奏清晰、英語表達自然流暢，能以適度的語言難度引導學生理解專業內容，並靈活運用數位工具輔助學習。在改進建議方面，與談者提出可進一步明確規劃教學助理（TA）分工，以在小組指導階段提供即時協助；並建議使用共編表格以即時掌握各組進度。針對學生程度差異，教師可安排進度較快的學生協助他人，或於課前以示範演練的方式強化理解。討論中，邱老師亦回應教師提問，分享對學生使用人工智慧輔助計算的看法。邱老師指出，AI 工具雖能加速數據處理，但仍可能產生邏輯或輸入錯誤，因此應作為輔助而非依賴工具。未來評量設計將納入申論題，以更全面檢視學生的分析與思考能力。
本次跨校 EMI 公開觀議課，不僅展現了財務管理專業課程的教學深度，也體現邱老師將海外培訓所學融入課堂的成果。透過跨校協作、專家觀課與教學交流，政大英語教學資源中心持續推動 EMI 教學品質提升，促進教師在專業內容與英語教學策略上的雙向成長。
